APEL On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (Classroom)

Elmhurst’s APEL-approved course provides a fast track training route for those who want to become fully accredited On Construction Domestic Energy Assessors (OCDEAs). This course provides a fantastic opportunity for those currently operating and experienced in the construction, buildings and/or energy assessment industry to gain expert knowledge in the production of SAP Calculations and EPCs for new build dwellings.

Elmhurst’s APEL training course is delivered by professional trainers with real industry experience. They know the job inside and out, and use their own experiences to demonstrate the do’s and don’ts of new build energy assessment. All assessments required for accreditation are completed within the three days ensuring the quickest possible path to starting as an OCDEA.
